Project Architects & Senior Technologists - Winchester/London

ADAM Architecture is world-renowned for masterplanning, commercial development, residential new build and the design of high quality urban and country houses.

We seek experienced, talented and motivated registered architects and chartered technologists and technicians to work in our Winchester and London offices, who bring with them solid experience of both the design process and contract administration, and specifically, in the delivery of residential schemes and speculative housing.

Successful candidates shall be responsible for projects at various work stages and therefore must have experience of managing RIBA stages C-L, a thorough knowledge of construction details and the ability to produce presentation drawings. Candidates must be capable of operating alone and unsupervised as well as within complex, multi-agency teams, and ideally will have experience of operating ArchiCAD, though this is not essential. An understanding of traditional, vernacular and classical design is also an advantage.
