Fortescue Fields at Norton St Philip near Bath shortlisted for Housing Design Award 2016

The shortlist has been announced for the 2016 Housing Design Awards and we are delighted that Fotescue Fields at Norton St Philip near Bath is included in the Completed category. Designed by Robert Adam and developed by Lochailort Investments and Bloor Homes, Fortescue Fields is a mixed-use development with 57 new homes, a shop, public building and commercial office space. The traditionally designed buildings are in keeping with the character and nature of the existing historic village.

2016's Housing Design Awards have shortlisted the highest ever number of schemes from the most entries the national programme has received in its 7 decades. A mix of 95 Completed and Project entries were shortlisted from 201 entries, all of which are can be viewed online here.

Winners will be announced at an evening ceremony led by the Housing and Planning Minister in London on 11th July.
