ADAM Architecture celebrates dual wins at China CREDAWARD: Nansledan and The Levine Building

We are thrilled to announce that ADAM Architecture has received industry recognition from the 10th CREDAWARD (Chinese Real Estate Design Award) with four major awards. This achievement marks a significant milestone for us in China and showcases our commitment to excellence in architectural design. Both of its participating projects stood out among 746 projects submitted by 312 institutions and won silver awards: the Nansledan project in Newquay won the Silver Award for Planning Design, and the Levine Building at Trinity College, Oxford, won the Silver Award for Social and Public Projects. Additionally, ADAM was honoured with the "Exceptional Design Brand Leaders" and "Quality Design Brand Leader for Architectural Design" awards.

The 10th CREDAWARD Gold and Silver Award Presentation was successfully held on July 6th, 2024, at the Bank of Communications Qiantan 31 Performing Arts Centre in Shanghai, with ADAM Director Robbie Kerr in attendance to accept the award.

The event received top academic support from both domestic and international institutions, including the Manchester School of Architecture (UK) and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Spain). This year's CREDAWARD received 746 entries from 312 organisations across the globe, with participants from Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Norway, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.

These awards highlight our dedication to creating innovative and sustainable designs that resonate with communities and industry leaders alike. We are honoured to be recognised among such esteemed company and look forward to continuing our work in pushing the boundaries of architecture.
