The new homes at Alderley Park in Cheshire have been selected as a Finalist in the British Homes Awards 2021
Two distinct areas within Alderley Park were entered for the awards by the developer PH Property Holdings and both were selected as Finalists. Cedar Square is at the heart of 400-acre Alderley Park, once one of Cheshire’s great country estates and just three miles from the county’s social hub of Alderley Edge; and The Serpentine is the largest and most exclusive of four distinct residential enclaves.
