New housing at Alderley Park wins Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards 2023

We are delighted that the new housing at Alderley Park has won Best Placemaking at the Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards 2023, entered by the developer client PH Homes.  The site was designed by Robbie Kerr with Robert Adam.

The Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards are to specifically acknowledging the hard work being undertaken by SMEs to meet the region’s housing requirements.  All categories are open exclusively for entry by SMEs with the awards focusing on the work being completed by homebuilders and developers in the North West.
