Pye Homes takes OxPropFest 2023 award for ADAM Architecture designed development at Woodstock
Pye Homes, Blenheim Estates’ specialist construction division, has been awarded the Best Residential Development (large scheme) Award at the 2023 OxPropFest Awards. The awards ceremony took place at a gala evening at Keble College, Oxford earlier this month. The award was sponsored by DevComms. OxPropFest, a UK Property Forums event, brings together the property, science and innovation sectors in the region for a one-day festival of networking and knowledge transfer. This is the 8th year of the awards.
The Pye Homes development at Park View, Woodstock overlooking Blenheim Estate comprises 300 houses, 50% of which are available as affordable homes. ADAM Architecture is architect and masterplanner for the development.
Graham Flint, Managing Director of Pye Homes, said: “This fantastic award is testament to the hard work and dedication of the whole team, and our commitment to our Landowner Legacy Principles; it also forms part of one of our 10 Year Goals, to build high quality, affordable homes for 300 families. Park View has been patiently planned and built with a legacy of care, to create a development of which our community can be proud.”
Hugh Petter, Director, ADAM Architecture, said: “At Park View, Woodstock, we secured planning permission for a mixed-use scheme that includes 300 homes on the same site where 200 homes had been refused previously. Pye Homes are exemplary ‘legacy’ developers who share our pioneering vision to show by example that development can be delivered to an exemplary standard. They appreciate the added value that we bring as a team, working closely together at each stage of the project, to deliver development that is properly in tune with local need; which is highly sustainable, and which reflects the particular character of the surrounding area. We are thrilled that Park View has won the Best Residential Development in the OxPropFest 2023 Awards.”
