Restoration of Grade II Georgian country house
Hampshire

Fir Hill House is a charming Grade II mid-eighteenth century property that was originally part of the manor of the Bishops of Winchester. This project involved a substantial, phased programme of works to return the house to its former glory. The fabric of the main building and the nineteenth century coach house has been fully restored, including the reinstatement of the original glazing and cornice. Future phases will include the rejuvenation of the interiors where Admiral Lord Horatio Nelson, Sir William and Lady Hamilton often stayed. These restorations have ensured the survival of this important house as a family home long into the future.
