A mixed-use development with a primary residential focus providing 262 dwellings plus community and leisure floor space, on the site of Middlesex University’s former Trent Park campus. The historic listed mansion will be restored with part converted into luxury apartments and the creation of a museum dedicated to the wartime role the building played as a top secret prisoner of war camp for high-ranking German officers. The historic landscape will be restored, to enhance the setting of the Green Belt and several of the other buildings on the site will be restored to create new homes. The site is being developed by Berkeley Homes.
