New Traditional Cottage
Hampshire

The new house and garage in the Hambledon Conservation Area in Hampshire is on the same site as the previous buildings and designed to be more sympathetic to the local architectural character. The house responds to local examples of traditional cottages and houses, in its design and use of traditional materials. The replacement house is built using red brick and flint detailing to the front south elevation. The main roof is plain clay tile with bonnet hips, and slate roofing is used for the bays and the study/utility.
