Pinehurst Place in Winchester takes its stylistic cue from the Neo-Georgian or ‘Renaissance’ designs of the inter-War years. There are several good quality surviving homes of that type within the adjoining area in Winchester.  Each home at Pinehurst Place has unique features in detail and proportion to give a sense of variety and a clear individual identity. But there is a common architectural language and overall visual cohesion to the development giving it a strong sense of place. All eleven family homes of varying sizes at Pinehurst Place have been carefully positioned on the site and in relation to each other to give an acceptable degree of privacy.  Principal habitable rooms to all the homes have a southerly aspect where possible.  Access to the site is on Bereweeke Road, and significant trees on the site have been retained together with substantial new landscaping.
