The new house in Cobham is a high quality traditional design in the Queen Anne/early Georgian style that enhances the site, complements the surrounding architecture, and provides desirable modern family accommodation. The new design is an articulate classical style. The accommodation within the two storey ‘deep plan’ rectangular house has been arranged to provide the living needs of a modern young family. Further accommodation is provided within the roof space, and a single storey wing to the south provides garaging and additional roof space accommodation. Constructed of a good quality facing brick laid in Flemish bond and roofed in a good quality clay tile, both of which fit well with various other examples found in the surrounding areas.
