Promoting traditional design doesn’t mean we’re stuck in the past. We embrace the latest technical innovations and have a dedicated team to ensure that sustainability is at the core of every stage of our commercial operation and project delivery. In the last few years there has been an increase in flexible working, but the majority of our staff spend most of the week in the office, benefitting from the collective energy and inspiration that comes with working alongside each other. Informal discussions are as likely to take place in one of the kitchens over lunch or at an early evening life drawing class or lunchtime yoga session.

We have two offices - one in Winchester, in a beautiful and vibrant part of Hampshire with good train and road connections to the rest of the UK, and an office in London at Somerset House, the well-known contemporary arts centre with dedicated spaces for artists, makers and creative enterprises.
