A two-storey 6 bedroom house located within the former Crown Estate in Oxshott, an area categorised as a special low density residential area. The simple classical design forms a visual focus at the end of the road with ancillary accommodation provided in an attached service wing in the Palladian manner. The exterior is finished in Lime render with stone details under a slate roof. It is detailed with a series of architectural elements to articulate the design but not overloading it with unnecessary decorative detail. The principal entrance is defined by a central stone portico.
