New private house

A concept scheme for a new house on the Peak, Hong Kong. The design had to integrate a retained portion of the original house that has been demolished, and had to work with the familiar steep and dramatic topography and views. The house will stand grandly at street level, rising up to provide a set back oasis of privacy.
