The private property is located within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea’s Conservation Area and comprised significant alterations with the complete replacement of the interior floors and walls with a rear extension A new roof was complemented with the installation of several traditionally designed hardwood timber roof lanterns, located directly over a double height entrance, a new dramatic polished timber staircase and large formal dining room. The mechanical and electrical installations were completely replaced, along with new timber sash windows and external doors to provide significantly increased levels of energy efficiency. New bathrooms and interior joinery installations were individually designed, along with bespoke timber panelling and fibrous plaster interior architecture packages.
