UK Property Award 2019 win for Nansledan, Newquay

October 25, 2019

We are delighted that Nansledan, a new urban extension to Newquay in Cornwall, has been awarded the 5-star award for Architecture Multiple Residence category for South West England at the 2019 UK Property Awards.

The UK Property Awards were presented at an event in London on 24th October 2019.

Commenting on the award, Hugh Petter, director at ADAM Architecture, masterplanner and co-ordinating architect for the scheme said, "The aspiration for Nansledan is to create an exemplary, dense, mixed use, sustainable extension that is distinctively Cornish in character and closely tailored to the needs of the local community. It is the product of close collaboration between the Duchy of Cornwall, C.G. Fry, Morrish Builders, Wainhomes, their consultants, and the people of Newquay. It is fantastic that our work has been acknowledged in the 2019 UK Property Awards."
