We are delighted that Tregunnel Hill, a new urban infill near Newquay in Cornwall, has been awarded the 5-star award at the 2018 UK Property Awards in the category of Residential Development in Cornwall.
The UK Property Awards, in association with Salice, were presented at the Royal Lancaster, London on 26th October 2018.
The UK Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
Commenting on the award, Hugh Petter, director at ADAM Architecture, masterplanner and co-ordinating architect for the scheme said, "The scheme for Tregunnel Hill is the product of close collaboration between the Duchy of Cornwall, C.G. Fry, Morrish Builders, their consultants, and the people of Newquay. It is fantastic that our work has been acknowledged in the 2018 UK Property Awards."
