Changes within the executive leadership team at ADAM Architecture

We are excited to announce an evolution of our executive board, reflecting the continued growth and development of our leadership team. As part of this, our design directors have been renamed as partners, and two new director roles have been introduced to further broaden the board’s expertise.

The board, led by five Partners — Hugh Petter, George Saumarez Smith, Robbie Kerr, Darren Price and Rob Cox — has been strengthened with the appointment of Rossana Miles as Director of Project Delivery and Ian Lawrence as Director of Technical Design. Rossana and Ian will work alongside Wayne Reakes (Director of Operations) and Alison Duthie (Director of People and Governance).

By expanding our executive board, we are fostering a more collaborative, diverse and resilient leadership structure, positioning the practice strongly for the future as we continue to evolve, diversify and grow.
