Robbie Kerr, Partner

Robbie Kerr opened ADAM’s office in Antigua in 2025, 15 years after joining the practice. He works closely with clients, local consultants and the wider community, building on a decade of work across the Caribbean. Robbie remains fully engaged with his team in London with a portfolio that includes work for large country estates and institutions, as well as new buildings, urban design, historic conservation and heritage-led regeneration, with a focus on sustainability and tourism.

His international work, spanning Europe, Africa, the Caribbean and Asia, reflects a thoughtful interpretation of traditional architectural principles, adapted to local contexts and contemporary requirements.

Robbie is experienced in advising historic estates on the long-term care of complex building portfolios, from principal houses to ancillary and service buildings. He works closely with owners, estate managers and in-house teams helping estates move from reactive intervention to preventative care.

After training at the University of Edinburgh, Oxford Brookes and University College London, Robbie joined ADAM Architecture full-time in 2010 and became the practice’s youngest partner in 2016. He is an ambassador of the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust, a fellow of the RSA, a trustee of the Lutyens Trust and the Commonwealth Heritage Forum, a past trustee of the Georgian Group and past chair of the Young Georgians, and a member of INTBAU and TAG at the RIBA. He founded the ADAM Future Group, a non-hierarchical discussion group that explores a wide range of topics relating to classical and traditional architecture and urban planning.
