Grade II* Houses, Gloucestershire
Restoration of Dollar Street houses
30-32 Dollar Street was originally constructed in 1725 and altered in the 19th century. Most recently it served as office space. We returned it to its original use as private residences finished to the highest quality and historical accuracy. 30 Dollar Street has been converted to a six-bedroom house, and 32 Dollar Street subdivided along an existing spine wall to create two houses each with four bedrooms.
Externally, alterations were predominantly confined to the rear of the building. Internally, original features were recovered and restored, while modern interventions were added discretely.
