Grade II House, Wiltshire

This 1909 house set in mature gardens and built in the domestic revival style has been restored and updated. Externally, minor alterations, repairs and interventions were made to upgrade the historic fabric while also enhancing its environmental performance. On the entrance elevation, handmade clay tiles were used to match the originals.

Internally space has been optimised to meet modern standards including two new double bedrooms sharing a large bathroom in the attic. An existing barn has been converted into a games and family sitting room.
