Four new homes for The King’s Fund
These four new homes for The King’s Fund occupy a complex site within the Harley Street Conservation Area in Westminster. Surrounded by several listed buildings, the existing buildings ranged in height and style and were unlisted, although they were still regarded as having local merit. We questioned their significance, and demolition was granted after our historical research showed that they were all built post-1959.
The new scheme fully utilises the space, with 6,500sqft of development split into four new family-homes, complete with traditional detailing and fully integrated technology for modern living.
