Englefield Estate Office Wins at the BCO Awards 2025

We are proud to announce that our Englefield Estate Office project has received top honours at the BCO (British Council for Offices) National Awards 2025 for projects up to 2,500m².

The project involved the regeneration of a Grade II-listed building at the Estate Yard, located in the heart of Englefield village. The project aligns with the estate’s long-term vision for sustainability, heritage conservation and community revitalisation. The brief was to transform the under-utilised sawmill into a modern estate office, breathing new life into the historic structure while preserving its character and showcasing sustainable principles.
