Beachfront Villa, Barbuda

Shaped by Barbuda’s tropical maritime climate, the design combines architecture, landscape and technology to create a resilient and comfortable coastal residence. Rooted in the local vernacular, the project offers a refined and adaptable approach to contemporary coastal living.

This beachfront home has been envisaged as a sequence of spaces that make the most of the prevailing winds, respond to the variation in light throughout the day and address the client’s detailed brief.
