Kew an Lergh in Nansledan wins the ‘Commercial Development Project of the Year’ category at RICS award

We are thrilled to celebrate Kew an Lergh winning the Commercial Development Project of the Year category at the RICS Awards 2024 event on Friday, held at The Park Plaza Riverbank in London. These awards “celebrate the hard work, innovation, and dedication of individuals, teams, and organisations who shape our world for the better”.

Kew an Lergh, Cornish for “Way Close”, is an innovative development in Nansledan, Newquay, designed by ADAM partner Hugh Petter and team and featuring a nursery school, office spaces, a retail unit and a café. The buildings are designed in homage to the Voysey Arts and Crafts style, and the fourth side of the square is aligned to a newly landscaped route along an existing hedgerow, providing safe pedestrian connections to the rest of Nansledan.
