Rossana Miles, Director of Project Delivery

Rossana is a senior architect with over 20 years’ experience in traditional architecture and the conservation of historic buildings. Based primarily in our London office, she supports and promotes the practice’s commitment to excellence in project delivery, helping to strengthen the processes, standards and collaborative working methods that underpin successful projects and exceptional client service.

Over the course of her career, Rossana has developed extensive experience delivering large and complex projects, from significant new-build private homes to the careful restoration and adaptation of notable listed buildings. Many of these projects have involved long-term programmes of work extending over several years, requiring close coordination between clients, consultants, specialist crafts people, contractors and heritage bodies.

Rossana believes in creating a collaborative and structured approach to projects and enjoys building strong working relationships across project teams. Alongside her professional work, she is passionate about supporting professional development, fostering knowledge-sharing across the practice, and promoting continuous improvement in project delivery.

Rossana is a member of the RIBA Traditional Architecture Group and is an active supporter and promoter of women in architecture.
