This innovative new home is designed in the tradition of a classical Cheltenham villa and set within the historic spa town’s central conservation area. Designed to replace a mid-20th century house that sat awkwardly within a row of listed Regency villas, the property blends innovative contemporary design with the language of local architectural traditions.
