WOW!house, Design Centre

WOW!house is an annual, temporary show house and immersive design showcase held at the Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour in London.
Launched in 2022, WOW!house brings together leading designers, from emerging talents to established figures, to transform a vast space within the Design Centre into a sequence of fully furnished rooms and outdoor vignettes.
In 2025, ADAM Partner Darren Price was invited to design the façade entrance. The symmetrical structure echoed the refinement and proportions of the Georgian era while embracing contemporary sensibilities. Proportion, balance and simplicity were some of the principles that informed the design, ensuring it felt both commanding and harmonious within its setting.
For Wow!house 2026, Darren has reimagined and refined the architectural language of the façade. He is also designing a new garden folly to complement the entrance, extending the architectural narrative into an outdoor setting and enriching the spatial experience for visitors as they arrive.
