Education

The wider interest in the field of Classical architecture enables the directors to give talks and lectures to interest groups and at public events. Our directors strongly believe that architecture students should have an opportunity to learn the fundamental elements of Classical and Traditional architecture in any School of Architecture across the country. Unfortunately not all universities support this interest and so wherever possible the directors give lectures and offer course support.

Lectures & Talks

Hugh Petter, George Saumarez Smith, Robbie Kerr and Darren Price regularly give talks, lecture and take part in panel events on traditional architecture and urbanism. Their lectures and talks are informative, lively, full of illustrations to explain the topic and encourage interaction from the audience. Many of these lectures can include some examples of the director’s work to illustrate the topic or argument.

For more information on these lectures and talks or if you would like to organise for a director to visit and give a lecture, contact the relevant director directly on +44 (0) 1962 843843 or via email to contact@adamarchitecture.com.
